It’s been a long winter, so Denver Lyric Opera Guild will celebrate the arrival of spring with an Opera Cabaret show, “SPRING FEVER” on Sunday, April 18 at 3pm.
The Denver Lyric Opera Guild will host lyric soprano Judy Burns and tenor Brian Stinar as they celebrate spring with great arias and duets from the tuneful world of opera, operetta and musical theatre. Achingly beautiful songs of spring, of young love, of the Easter season, of flowers and more. This wonderful matinee is guaranteed to rinse away memories of snow, ice and bleak skies!
Reserve your tickets soon… the first Opera Cabaret Matinee at Lannie’s in February was a complete sellout and ended with a rousing standing ovation.
Judeth Shay Burns, lyric soprano, has performed with Central City Opera, the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Opera Colorado, Opera Theatre of the Rockies, the Aspen Music Festival, the Santa Fe Symphony, and the St. Barts Music Festival in the French West Indies. She has also performed at the Landmark Festival in London and on a European tour with the Mid-America Choir, in such roles as Violetta, La Traviata; Lauretta, Gianni Schicchi; Adele, Die Fledermaus; Susannah, The Marriage of Figaro; and Baby Doe, The Ballad of Baby Doe. Judy performs throughout the region with the Central City Opera Ensemble and has recently become a teaching artist for the company.
Brian Stinar, tenor, has had leading roles in more than 25 operas nationwide and is currently an artist-in-residence with the Denver School of the Arts.
Seating is reserved based on the order of purchase. Seats will be given up 10 minutes after showtime.

We do not issue physical tickets. Once purchased, your name will be added to the show guest list. Please check in with your last name on the night of the performance. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of completing your purchase, call us at (303) 293-0075.
Most shows have assigned seating based on order of ticket purchase and party size, assigned from front to back. The venue is intimate, and no seats are far from the stage.
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other shows or dates.
If you have special seating needs, PLEASE let us know in advance.
If you are joining another party, please include the group name in your ticket order so we can be sure you are all assigned seats together. Group seating is not guaranteed if requested within 3 hours of show-time, unless otherwise noted. Once a show is almost sold out, we cannot guarantee group seating.
We reserve the right to give up reserved seats 10 minutes after the show begins.
Doors typically open one hour prior to show-time (check individual show page for exceptions).
We serve appetizers, desserts, cocktails, wine, champagne and non-alcoholic beverages.
VIP ticket price includes sales tax.
