A Keynote Cabaret

Written & performed by Paula Jayne Friedland

Musical arrangements & accompaniment: Pianist – Eric French

No matter what your lifestyle, your worldview, or the amount of plastic surgery you’ve had,  you—like everyone else—must pass through that doorway called AGING.  No one is exempt.  The question is, “How the heck do we deal with it?!”  Whether you move through that passageway with gentle grace, steely resignation, or have to be dragged kicking and screaming, this show is for YOU.

In her one person show, AGING, The Musical, Paula uses song and story to explore this daunting subject, uncovering new perspective along the way.  You will laugh.  You will cry.  And you will be uplifted and inspired:  to live fully now, no matter your age.

Paula Jayne Friedland earned her degree in music before moving to New York City, where she spent 13 years working in professional theatre.  She played Sheila in three European tours of the Broadway musical HAIR, and played leading roles in A CHORUS LINE, A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, HELLO DOLLY and SIDE BY SIDE BY SONDHEIM.  Recently, she performed locally in the ensemble revue, TOM FOOLERY at the Denver Victorian Playhouse.  The show won the 2011 Marlowe Award for Best Ensemble.

Paula is also a keynote speaker, life coach, and corporate trainer.  She combines theatre and public speaking to create unique keynote speeches and presentations to a variety of audiences from corporate events  to private parties and personal growth retreats.
