Gadzukes: CD release Concert/Party

A Splendid Time Is Guaranteed for All!

You haven’t really heard a ukelele until you’ve heard GADZUKES! What better way to spend a Sunday evening in July than with a roomful of friends, listening to some extraordinary foot tapping, heart-touching, face-smilin’ tunes at the Gadzukes! CD Release Party. Join Nancy Thorwardson, Patrick Cullie and some of Denver’s finest musicians as they celebrate the release of their long awaited debut CD, “New & Used”. This one of a kind concert will include swing tunes from the 30s, 40s and 50s, some tasty Hawaiian Hapa Haole grooves, vintage sounding original songs and some “wait-you-can’t-play-that-on-a-ukulele,” compositions and of course, Henry the Horse dances the waltz!

You’ll be the envy of your friends as you sit mesmerized by Patrick Cullie’s stunning ukulele virtuosity, soaring vocals from Nancy Thorwardson, hot steel guitar and harmonica courtesy of Bret Billings and the swingin’ bass grooves of Dave Ball. What a band! Incredibly famous special guests are clamoring to appear and the production will be second to none. What a scene!
